Breakout Session IV: This presentation will satisfy the training requirement for any local elected official, as required by Va. Code 2.2-3132. The Council does not keep attendance records for in-person training. If an attendee wants confirmation of their attendance at my presentation for their local clerk’s records, they will need to get that from VML after the conference.
